1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Career Yatra ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to register as a student. Companies must be lawfully registered entities in India or abroad. Providing false information may lead to account termination.
3. Accounts & Profiles
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and any content you upload. Keep your credentials confidential. Career Yatra is not liable for unauthorised use of your account.
4. Applications & Hiring
Career Yatra acts as a discovery and connection platform. Final hiring decisions, employment terms, stipends, salaries and conduct rest entirely with the employer and candidate. We do not guarantee any internship or job outcome.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not post fraudulent listings, harass other users, scrape data, attempt to circumvent platform fees, or upload unlawful content. Violations result in immediate suspension.
6. Fees & Payments
Career Yatra is free for students. Employers may subscribe to paid plans; all charges are inclusive of applicable GST and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform branding, design and content remain the property of Career Yatra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. User-generated content remains owned by the user, but you grant us a licence to display it on the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Yatra is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
